Key Responsibilities

• Claims Management : Handle a portfolio of liability claims, including general liability, auto liability, and property damage, from initial investigation to resolution.
• Investigation : Conduct thorough investigations, including interviewing claimants, witnesses, and other parties involved, and analyzing police reports, medical records, and legal documents.
• Evaluation : Assess liability and damages, determine coverage, and develop strategies for resolution.
• Negotiation : Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other parties to achieve fair and cost-effective outcomes.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activities, including written reports, correspondence, and settlement documentation.
• Compliance : Ensure claims handling complies with company standards, state regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, legal counsel, and external vendors to resolve claims efficiently.
