PRIORIS has exciting and immediate opportunities for experienced Casualty Claims Specialists. The ideal candidate must maintain a valid Property and Casualty Adjuster license in their resident state, if that state requires licensing to adjust claims. The candidate must also have a valid license for the state of Texas, if different from their resident state.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of three (3) years of bodily injury (casualty) claims experience in the personal automobile insurance industry.

· Experience evaluating, negotiating and settling attorney represented and non-attorney represented bodily injury claims.

· Experience identifying potential fraudulent claims and submitting SIU referrals.

· Strong customer focus.

· Proficient in understanding and usage of basic policy/contract coverage and ability to recognize questionable situations.

· Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems to evaluate/process claims.

· Excellent oral and written communication and keyboarding skills while interacting with both internal and external customers.

· Ability to work independently and manage your own time while prioritizing multiple tasks.

· Ability to remain calm while interacting with difficult customers.

· Successful, effective negotiating skills.

· General understanding of overall claims adjudication.

Requirements:

· Responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling standard and non-standard auto liability claims.

· Complete review of policy and accident details to determine coverage, liability, and damages owed.

· Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems to evaluate claims.

· Ability to handle Collision, Property Damage, and Comprehensive claims.

· High degree of self-discipline and ability to work independently.

· Ability to speak professionally and fluently in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

· Residence capable of supporting a defined workspace designed to eliminate interruptions and background noise during scheduled business hours.

· Remarkable, high-speed internet connection to avoid interruptions of service during scheduled business hours.
