Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Property Maintenance Technicians. We have openings for both a Team Leader and a Team Member. The roles involve a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining and improving properties in the Pace and Pensacola areas. Experience is preferred but not required as we provide all necessary tools, on-site training, and transportation. Every day, and every job is different with our team members working a variety of tasks that change by the project.
Responsibilities:
- Perform handyman work including minor repairs and maintenance
- Conduct junk removal and clean-up tasks
- Execute painting projects with attention to detail
- Install flooring materials, including wood laminate, tile, and carpet
- Manage lawn care projects, ensuring properties are well-maintained
- Carry out rental property maintenance and inspections
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within given timelines
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail, a drive to succeed, and a commitment to doing the right thing
- Skills in construction, trades, or lawn care are beneficial but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where quality is paramount
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
