Priority Express at 316 Engineers Drive, Williston, VT, is hiring part time route helpers to assist our drivers in delivering home furnishings and other heavy/bulky items in our company vehicles to residential customers in Central and Northern VT, Northeast NY, and Northwest NH. This is a non-driving position.
Typical vehicle is a 12 ft. box van. Minimum age is 18. Criminal background check is performed.
Routes average from 4 to 10 hours in length. We deliver between 8:00am and 8:00pm, 7 days a week. Routes typically start at 8:00am, 12:00pm, and 4:00pm. This is a fantastic job for those desiring flexibility in days of the week, start time, and shift length. Work from 8 to 28 hours per week,1 to 5 days per week.
Vehicles are preloaded for you. Helper acts as navigator using a GPS and calls customers 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm ETA and any special requirements. At each stop the helper assists the driver in unloading and delivering items to the customer designated location.
