As a Full Time RA Machine Adjuster at Priority Envelope, you'll play a vital role in the adjustment and calibration of essential machinery, including feeding, folding, gumming, sealing, banding, and slitting mechanisms to precise job specifications. Your mechanical expertise will shine as you install gears, plungers, and rollers, while troubleshooting, repairing, and conducting preventative, emergency, and scheduled maintenance. You'll provide critical information and job-specific instructions to operators, continuously monitoring equipment throughout job completion. Your keen observation and listening skills will help you proactively detect malfunctions or problems in all converting equipment.
Additionally, you'll actively participate in and promote team problem-solving and process improvement initiatives. Accurate and timely maintenance of production records and equipment logs will be essential to ensure operational excellence in this customer-centric and collaborative environment.
