Key Responsibilities:Outside Sales (75%)
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through field-based sales efforts.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients to demonstrate our services and value.
- Actively visit businesses in target areas to build relationships, increase brand awareness, and grow our client base.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals, focusing on acquiring new accounts.
- Maintain a consistent schedule of cold calls, follow-ups, and in-person visits to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Participate in local networking events and trade shows to connect with potential clients and industry professionals.
Account Management (25%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for newly acquired accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Proactively analyze client needs to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex problems to internal teams when necessary.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Collaborate with the Vice President to review sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
