We’re seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to manage an established book of business while contributing to the success of our practice. This is your opportunity to grow within a dynamic team and make an impact.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100,000 annually
- Team Override: 1% of the practice’s gross revenue (approx. $14,000)
- Activity Bonus: Up to 1% of practice revenue (approx. $14,000)
- Personal Book Payout: Based on your AUM/Gross Revenue (if applicable)
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, retirement, and more
- Equity Opportunity: Earn equity based on tenure and success
- Additional perks include a full-time administrative assistant, marketing support, office space, and paid affiliation fees.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Manage a personal book of business with 200 clients across Schwab, AssetMark, and Broker Dealer platforms.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and personalized advice tailored to client goals.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to grow the practice and foster long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills
📍 Location:
- Central & Osborne, Phoenix, AZ (4-5 days in-office initially).
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in the financial services industry (minimum).
- CFP® preferred (but not required).
- Proven success in directly advising clients and managing ongoing client relationships.
- A strong understanding of the investment industry and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to manage a high-volume client base effectively.
