Branch Manager
Priority First Federal Credit Union, a community financial institution is searching for a Branch Manager to lead our office located in Knox, PA. This opportunity involves managing a brand-new building currently under construction. Candidate will be responsible to manage the branch office and perform various operational duties. Position will include business development to foster growth at the branch level as well as having a presence in the community. Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills as well as communication and computer skills. Ability to multi-task is a must. Real Estate and Consumer lending experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Effectively leads, coaches, counsels, mentors, and develops branch team to increase efficiency, enhance productivity, achieve goals, and provide a consistent atmosphere aligned with the credit union culture.
- Takes ownership of overall direction and performance of the branch.
- Manages personnel issues including scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching actions in conjunction with Human Resources.
- Maintains a current and comprehensive knowledge of all related products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations applicable within the branch.
- Proactively identifies and communicates areas to increase and enhance efficiencies, productivity, profitability, and provide a consistent team atmosphere.
- Track individual and branch productivity.
- Coordinates and participates in special events, both onsite and offsite.
- Assist members through loan process.
Skills
- Proven working experience as a manager
- Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
