Job Summary-Bedford & Mitchell locations
Priority Fitness conveys a family friendly atmosphere and looks to make everyone that walks through the door feel like family. This job will have the opportunity to work at both the Bedford and Mitchell Location. Interviews will be conducted at the Bedford location.
Some of the expectations of Membership Desk Assistant Manager role includes but is not limited to:
- Checking Camera System for gym rules violations
- Returning phone calls
- Greeting Members at the membership desk
- Checking in Members- Running POS transactions
- Signing new members (Sales Bonus)
- Touring potential members
- Answering or making phone calls
- Cleaning
- Putting equipment back in their proper spots (must be able to lift 75lbs)
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for someone who is outgoing and a people person. You will be challenged with something new everyday as each client who walks through the door has a different journey they have been traveling so you will need to be able to adapt quickly. Starting wage will be based on experience in sales, fitness, computers, and other fields that are relative to the work to be performed. You will be required to lift a minimum of 75 lbs throughout the day. A plus is if you are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Job Type: Part-time
Hourly Rate: $13 to $15/hour (based on experience level, subject to raise annually)
Sales Bonus paid out monthly based on sales and hours worked.
Shifts (will work 3-5 shifts a week), Currently (subject to change):
Bedford:
Mon: 9am-12pm & 4-7 pm
Wed: 4-7 pm
Tue-Thur: 9am-12pm & 4-7pm
Fri: 11am-5pm
Mitchell:
Mon: 9am-12pm & 4-7 pm
Tue-Wed: 9am-12pm & 4-7pm
Thur: 9am-12pm
Fri: 10am-2pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
