Job Description Position Title : Principal Consultant in Nursing Analytics Pay Rate : Estimated $130,000 base for non-RN; $150,000 base for RN Location : Open to candidates nationwide Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday Responsibilities :
- Consultation : Serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients and leaders, coaching them on impactful projects and building organizational commitment to action.
- Insight Generation : Develop frameworks and problem-solving approaches to address ill-defined problems and generate powerful solutions with far-reaching implications.
- Problem Solving : Provide thought leadership to design analytic models that address complex problems by incorporating client context and broad industry knowledge.
- Results Delivery : Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, market trends, and client needs. Focus on high-value, innovative solutions.

- Hands-on experience with nursing data and familiarity with datasets such as NHSN, NCQA-HEDIS, and NDNQI.
- Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools.
