Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between sellers, buyers, title companies, and contractors.
- Coordinate and schedule showings, signings, appointments, and contractor visits.
- Manage the transaction process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Resolve issues and remove roadblocks to keep transactions on track.
- Maintain detailed records and track progress in a systematic manner.
- Take initiative to proactively address potential delays or complications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all parties involved in the transaction.
