Responsibilities- Apply tree, shrub, and turf fertilization, and insect and disease control programs safely and efficiently
- Evaluate job sites for pests, insects, weeds, and diseased vegetation
- Properly mix, fill tanks, load, deliver, apply, and store chemicals
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed
- Document and retain pesticide application use records in compliance with local, state, and federal law
- Ensure all procedures comply with safety standards and company guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
- Complete administrative procedures and attend meetings as required
- Perform winter services such as snow clearing, plowing, shoveling, and salting as needed
- Professional understanding of chemicals, fertilizers, and controlled substances
- Ability to perform maintenance and repair of equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet challenging goals
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
