The impact you'll make:
- Assisting hospice patients with activities of daily living
- Reporting pain and/or changes in condition to the case manager
- Documentation in Electronic Medical Record
- Taking vital signs
- Transferring and assisting patients with mobility
- Light housekeeping in patients immediate environment
Qualifications:
- Certified nurse’s aide certification or applicable training program required.
- Six months nursing assistant experience in acute care, nursing home, palliative, or home care setting preferred.
- PA driver’s license required.
