Responsibilities

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor resident's health conditions.
- Support individuals with disabilities or autism by implementing personalized care plans.
- Help with mobility assistance and lifting when necessary to ensure resident safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by performing housekeeping tasks.
- Document resident progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- accompany residents on community outings and health appointments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
