Responsibilities:

Build strong, lasting relationships to create a dedicated clientele base.

Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking thoughtful questions and listening attentively to their needs.

Develop extensive product and sales knowledge to become an authority in the field. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.

Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.

Master the art of overcoming objections and excelling in sales situations.

Regularly report objectives, activities, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
