We are seeking a detail-oriented Security Installation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for residential and commercial installation processing and applications functions ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Oversees the installation process to ensure project is on-time
· Works closely with technicians to communicate and coordinate appointments
· Calls customer to set up installation appointments and follow-up if there are changes
· Reviews orders to ensure accurate customer information
· Maintains sales report and WIP report
· Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years’ experience in coordinating projects and scheduling
Basic accounting skills
Knowledge of Microsoft computer software and database management
Must be organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented
Strong multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
