YOUR DAY AS AN ACCOUNTANT BOOKKEEPER
As an Accountant Bookkeeper, you will manage all aspects of corporate accounting, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards. Your role includes preparing financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. You'll develop and implement internal controls to safeguard spending and identify opportunities for cost reduction. You'll also handle accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with our collections attorney when necessary. You'll use QuickBooks and Mothernode software to manage job costing, track performance metrics, and generate reports. Additionally, you'll work closely with various departments to streamline processes, support city permitting, assist with pricing and estimating, and contribute to financial planning initiatives.
YOUR SCHEDULE
When you join our management team, you work an 8 hour shift with flexibility based on the workload to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
