Priority Signs and Graphics is seeking a skilled Sign Painting Tech to join our team in Southlake, TX full-time. Pay Range: $25 to $29 per hour

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SIGN PAINTING TECH
As a Sign Painting Tech, you begin your day by preparing your materials and tools for the projects ahead. You work closely with the design team to understand project specifications and execute them to produce visually striking signs. Your responsibilities include mixing colors, painting signs, and ensuring the quality of the final products aligns with our high standards. Throughout the day, you manage your time effectively and adhere to all safety protocols.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A SIGN PAINTING TECH
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of related painting experience, preferably in a plant or workshop environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Strong math skills, including the ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Adaptability to changing priorities and work schedules
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Bonus points for:
- 3 years of commercial sign and/or automotive painting experience
- Trade school coursework and training
YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
