Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, outlining milestones, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Collaborate with customers to align project goals with company objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between company, clients, and subcontractors.
- Maintain clear communication on project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
- Oversee the manufacturing, delivery, and installation of oilfield equipment and technologies.
- Implement quality assurance and ensure projects meet industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, logistics personnel, and contractors.
- Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and optimize workflows.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, pipe installation and/or oil and gas sector.
- Strong understanding of pipe fabrication, welding, and installation processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA and industry-specific standards.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
