Priority Staffing Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a busy Marion HVAC company. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for answering calls, directing callers to the correct departments. Will manage emails, texts and / or interactive voice response systems. Will assist Dispatcher in scheduling calls and alerting customers of potential scheduling delays. Will maintain the Sales Team calendar by scheduling appointments and working closely with sales to finalize the sales process by preparing proposals, scheduling installs and any follow up calls. General office duties such as mailings, filing and ordering supplies.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, client services, sales or related field preferred. Excellent communication skills required. Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, updating customer accounts. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, must be customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution.
Position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. $16 / hr. starting pay.
