Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Corporate Trainer to join our growing team at Priority. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving fintech environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. As an Associate Corporate Trainer, your primary focus will be on facilitating training sessions, maintaining and updating existing training content, and supporting learner engagement across foundational programs.

You will play a key role in new hire onboarding, process refreshers, and system training using a variety of delivery formats including in-person and virtual instructor-led training (ILT/VILT). Training will be delivered in multiple formats, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning, for both new and existing employees. This position requires you to be in the Alpharetta office at least four days per week tofacilitate in-person training, collaborate with teams, and attend meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitation (60%)

  • Engaging Delivery: Deliver instructor-led training sessions (ILT and VILT) that bring clarity and energy to onboarding, system usage, product overviews, and

process education. Adapt your facilitation style to meet the needs of diverse learners.

  • Learner Readiness: Support learners in achieving proficiency in core platforms, processes, and procedures. Use interactive tools, practical exercises, and

scenario-based examples to reinforce key concepts.

  • Flexibility and Responsiveness: Modify your delivery in real-time based on learner feedback, technical challenges, or evolving organizational needs.

Maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced or changing environments.

  • Participation & Inclusion: Promote inclusive and respectful dialogue in training sessions. Encourage learner participation through Q&A, polls, discussions, and practical examples.


Curriculum Development (25%)

  • Content Maintenance: Update existing training materials—including decks, job aids, and handouts—based on SME input and organizational updates. Ensure materials reflect current policies, products, and procedures.

onboarding, basic systems training, and foundational product/process education.

  • Scope of Work: Primarily support training initiatives that are standardized, information-focused, and delivered to targeted teams or departments. These

typically include programs such as policy updates, process refreshers, or entry-level product walkthroughs.

  • Growth Opportunity: May occasionally support or co-facilitate more interactive or cross-functional training programs that involve role-play scenarios, group discussions, or multimedia components under the guidance of a corporate trainer or instructional designer.


Evaluation (15%)

  • Learner Feedback: Distribute and collect training evaluations. Summarize feedback and identify recurring themes for review with senior team members.
  • Training Metrics: Support tracking of learner attendance, course completions, and post-session surveys within the LMS.
  • Reporting: Assist in compiling training reports for stakeholders. Provide basic analysis of participation and feedback data to support continuous improvement.
  • LMS Coordination: Upload session materials, manage rosters, and provide technical support for learners accessing virtual sessions or digital content.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree: You should have a bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.

  • 2 Years of Corporate Training Experience: Must have experience delivering instructor-led training (in-person and/or virtual) in a professional setting.

    Experience in onboarding or systems training is highly valued.

  • Facilitation Skills: Strong presence in both live and virtual classroom environments, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage group dynamics,

    and keep learners engaged.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva. Must be comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly.

  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple training sessions and administrative responsibilities independently. Must be able to

    prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Clear, professional communicator with strong listening skills. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in updating training materials and tracking learner data to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Adaptability: Demonstrates flexibility and resilience when priorities shift or new content is introduced. Willing to self-teach and ask questions when content is unfamiliar.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:


  • Fintech or Technical Industry Experience: Prior experience delivering training in a fintech, payments, or tech-focused organization is highly desirable.

  • Content Design Exposure: Basic understanding of instructional design concepts or experience contributing to the development of training content.

  • Professional Development: Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Learning & Development. Participation in relevant professional networks or certifications (e.g., APTD, CPTM) is a plus.

  • Compensation range: 74,000 - $89,000

Traditional Physical Requirements:
