Position Overview:
TireDispatch.com is seeking an innovative, goal-oriented, and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. This field-based role is responsible for driving revenue and gross profit growth by cultivating new business and expanding relationships with existing accounts. The Sales Representative will engage with clients such as car and truck dealers, commercial fleets, repair facilities, government agencies, rental companies, and more to build and sustain long-term business partnerships. This role is integral to launching the wholesale division at our newest location in Belmont, NC. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business while fostering growth in existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current customers, building strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Promote the company's e-commerce capabilities, assisting customers in adopting online ordering solutions to streamline their purchasing processes.
- Address escalated customer service issues in collaboration with the support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify insights, develop actionable strategies, and report progress to management.
- Leverage CRM tools and analytics platforms to monitor sales activities, track customer interactions, and evaluate performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Travel daily within the assigned region to conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and sales calls.
- Oversee customer payments and deposits, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with company policies.
- Stay informed on tire industry trends, new product offerings, manufacturer programs, and warranty guidelines to deliver expert guidance to customers.
- Adhere to company policies, including safety protocols, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and expenses.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in outside and B2B sales, with a proven ability to establish and maintain key customer relationships.
- Prior experience in the tire or automotive industry, preferably in the Tier 3 or 4 market sector, is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 3-5 years of driving experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of tire products, manufacturer warranties, and related programs.

Working Conditions:
- This position requires daily travel within a 30-60 mile radius of the Belmont location, typically 4 days per week, with one day allocated for remote or warehouse-based tasks.
- Candidates must adhere to general attendance policies and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
FLSA Status: This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime pay.
