Job Overview:
Warehouse Associates are critical team members who ensure our products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and timely. As a warehouse associate, you will efficiently and safely load and unload trucks and sort, transport, and stock tires within the facility by carrying, pushing, rolling, or operating warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks. You may also pick, pack, and ship tires to customers. The Warehouse Associate reports directly to the facility's supervisor and manager.
Duties And Responsibilities May Include:
- Unload containers or load trailers manually.
- Pick customer orders using a stock/cherry picker.
- Perform inventory control functions using a high-reach truck.
- Assist with inventory maintenance and cycle counts, keeping quality standards high for audits.
- Use a computer, touchscreen tablet, and/or RF scanner.
- Read customer or work orders to determine items to be picked, checked, and/or shipped.
- Check orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1-2 years (Required)
- Cherry Pickers: 2 years (Preferred)
- Reach Truck Operators: 2 years (Preferred)
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Versatile, flexible, and willing to cross-train into other business areas.
- Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record.
Target Based Range:
- $17.00 - 18.00 per hour
- The targeted range for this role considers a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 75 pounds.
- Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
- Frequently required to stand.
- Frequently required to walk.
- Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.

Schedule:
- Shipping/Order Fulfillment Team: Four-day/ten-hour shifts. Typically Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM/or until completion of work)
- Receiving/Inventory Team: Five-day/eight-hour shifts. Typically Mon-Fri (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM/or until completion of work)
Job Type: Full-time day shift, on-site
