Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provides high-level administrative support to in-house counsel, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assists in managing case files, maintaining accurate records, and tracking deadlines for filings and responses
- Manages damage claims by 3rd parties
- Assists with the review and resolution of small property damage claims made against Priority
- Engages with clients over the phone taking inbound calls regularly
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executive team.
- Organize travel plans and itineraries for executives, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed
- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits
- Stay updated on changes in environmental laws and regulations
- Prepare and submit required environmental compliance reports to regulatory agencies
- Other projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
- Prior experience as an executive assistant
- Legal document preparation and legal Assistants skills preferred
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in administrative assistance
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
