What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at PRIORITY?
Maintain records, bookkeeping, human resource functions and completing special projects as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for preparation of financial reports as needed
- Processing weekly payroll utilizing Paychex and preparing related journal entries.
- Bookkeeping responsibilities including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Superior customer service skills for communication and interaction with employees as well as clients.
- Administration of all employee benefits for new hires, terminations and annual renewals.
- Special projects as needed
- Also responsible for day to day office operation such as phones, ordering supplies and mail.

Pay : Based on experience
