Job Summary: A Senior Recruiter is Responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, sourcing high-quality candidates through networking and diverse channels, conducting in-depth interviews, negotiating compensation packages, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle, often acting as a key advisor to leadership on talent acquisition strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and identify talent gaps, then develop proactive recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various methods like networking, social media, job boards, and professional associations to identify and engage potential candidates, including passive candidates.
Candidate Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, in-depth interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success.
Hiring Manager Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
Offer Negotiation:
- Negotiate compensation packages with candidates, considering market data and company guidelines.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to maintaining a positive employer brand by promoting the company culture and employee value proposition.
Diversity Recruiting:
- Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote inclusivity throughout the recruitment process.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future hiring decisions.
Talent Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future openings.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various levels and functions, primarily Technology.
- 8 or more years of experience in a Corporate and or Agency environment.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Understanding of market trends and compensation strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation range: $98k - $115k

Traditional Physical Requirements
