About the Role: As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing key client relationships. You'll play a crucial role in understanding our clients' needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience generating clients at industry events is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Account Management: Prospect new clients, build and maintain strong relationships, understand client needs, propose solutions, close deals, and meet sales targets. Negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and timely project updates.
- Travel: Attend industry conferences and tradeshows to showcase company offerings, network with key prospects, and cultivate new client relationships.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and provide feedback on sales strategies.
- Client Retention & Upselling: Ensure client satisfaction, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and conduct regular check-ins.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. Tradeshow experience is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
