Among its other holdings, Priory Hospitality Group owns and operates the Priory Hotel and Grand Hall at the Priory on Pittsburgh's North Shore and Mansions on Fifth. The Priory Hospitality Group is Pittsburgh's premier owner, operator and developer of independent hotels and event spaces
The Priory Hotel is a boutique 42-room hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh on the city's North shore.
Pittsburgh's Grand Hall at the Priory is Western Pennsylvania's most historic event venue.
Mansions On Fifth Hotel is a boutique luxury hotel in Pittsburgh's East End. Located in Shadyside, just minutes from the University of Pittsburgh and Oakland.
The Breakfast Server for Priory Hospitality Group will be responsible for greetings guests as they arrive, assisting them with their food and beverage service and resetting for the next guests.
In addition to these general duties listed below, breakfast servers must also help management with any needs they may have and always meet guests with a smile and polite greeting. Breakfast Servers should also be aware of daily hotel events and functions outside of their immediate department so as to be able to answer any questions a guest may have.
Priory Hospitality Group breakfast servers are responsible for the following tasks and areas:
- Encouraging a relaxing and friendly atmosphere in the server area of the kitchen
- Providing professional food and beverage services
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Polishing glassware and flatware
- Sweeping breakfast area at the end of each shift
- Restocking used supplies to the appropriate areas
- Completing open and closing procedures thoroughly on a daily basis
- Follow all guidelines laid out in Priory Hospitality Group employee handbook
- Completion of any other tasks assigned by manager or owners
