We have openings for Behavior Analysts at our Prism Academy that is centrally located on six picturesque acres in beautiful Berlin, Connecticut. This Approved Private Special Education Program provides a 10-month plus ESY compassionate educational experience for children with autism (ages 3-14) in a warm, fun, and nurturing environment. We welcome entry level applicants who are excited to learn!

SUMMARY: The BCBA is responsible for designing and implementing ABA services that comply with Prism’s Treatment Guidelines.

Minimum Requirements
- BCBA certification and Connecticut Behavior Analyst license must be in good standing (or license-eligible)
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the science of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Engage in analysis of one’s own behavior and seek opportunities for the development and refinement of clinical and professional skills
- Willingness to accept and ability to apply feedback
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Organized, driven, friendly
- Must be able to remain conscious and alert at all times
