About You: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Regional Manager. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Human Resources, including recruiting, training, new hire onboarding, coordination of associate engagement activities, accurate and timely completion of HR paperwork, and understanding and enforcement of company policies.
You will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels, from front-line staff to senior leadership. You will also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks.
