- Deliver water promptly after guests are seated and assist servers with glass refills as needed.
- Clean and maintain the dining area, including floors, tables, chairs, walls, windows, and service areas.
- Separate dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware for kitchen cleaning.
- Perform side work assignments such as making coffee and folding napkins.
- Stock service stations with essentials like napkins, placemats, and ashtrays.
- May be responsible for room service duties when requested.
