Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales: Drive the sales of lab-grown diamond products to clients in the semiconductor industry.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with key players in the semiconductor space, including manufacturers, suppliers, and R&D labs.
- Technical Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Market Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the semiconductor sector.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Material Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
- 3-15 years in B2B sales, preferably in semiconductor or industrial materials.
- Experience with high-tech or precision materials is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical products and their applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
