- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
- Request and respond to customer feedback and reviews
- Keep customers informed of the status of their jobs
- Operations
- Coordinate with management on job deadlines and priorities
- Schedule appointments with customer, adjuster or contractors
- Follow up with contractors and insurance adjusters to obtain job updates
- Coordinate with staff to maintain supply inventory, and purchase supplies.
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week**
- We can offer flexible shifts b/w the hours of 8am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri.
