What You’ll Be Doing (A Day in the Life):
Perform on-site evaluations of damaged textiles (clothing, linens, etc.) in homes or businesses affected by fire, water, or lightning.
Use our inventory software to log items using a company-provided phone or tablet.
Carefully sort, clean, dry, and fold textiles according to specialized training.
Ensure safe transport of textile items from and back to the insured’s home or business.
Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines while providing top-tier customer care.
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable working in post-disaster environments.(fire/smoke/water-damaged homes or businesses).
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use mobile inventory apps.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a clean, neat appearance—you represent the Prism brand.
Strong sense of empathy and compassion when working in clients’ homes during emotional times.
Dependable and motivated to work efficiently within a team.
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
