Prism Support Services is a client-driven Support Coordination organization that serves individuals with special needs. We seek an Administrative Assistant to perform various support and office administrative functions to ensure compliance with organization services and work with the Executive Director to maintain the organization's mission and goals for its employees and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones responding to staff email support request with promtness and professionalism.
- Assist with running reports and tracking critical client data for staff support.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Maintain and track various spreadsheets for client monitoring and human resources data.
- Preparing marketing materials for marketing team events.
- Assist with billing tasks as required
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document preparation and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff.
- Assist in calendar management and scheduling appointments efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.77 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
