As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support. This includes scheduling appointments, completing full registration, and verifying demographic insurance information. You will also be responsible for obtaining legal photo identification and validating patient identity and coverage, as well as adhering to HIPAA standards related to patient privacy and confidentiality.

Key Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2 Years experience in a patient-facing healthcare function or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Bi-lingual a plus
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-resolution skills
