- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, system administrators, network engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Cloud & On-Premise Implementation: Manage projects involving cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, software development, and hybrid deployments.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks, create mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
- Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Utilize Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management methodologies based on project requirements.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Work with third-party vendors and service providers to manage external dependencies and ensure project success.
- Budget & Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, monitor project spending, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Status Reporting: Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and executive reports to key stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure projects meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: 5 years of IT project management experience, specifically in IT infrastructure and application projects.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, ITIL, or equivalent.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Experience managing cloud-based (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises projects.
- Understanding of software development processes, DevOps, and IT infrastructure (networking, servers, storage, security).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
