Description
- Develop and manage customer relations for assigned accounts, building strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email, providing prompt and personalized assistance regarding proposals, orders, shipping information, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with Prisma Account Executive and clients to strategize and grow their business, offering product recommendations and proposals to meet their specific needs.
- Attend client meetings to present product ideas and proposals
- Be a subject matter expert on promotional product offerings and solutions, providing valuable insights and expertise to clients.
- Coordinate the review and approval of proofs with clients, ensuring the seamless progression of sales orders.
- Work closely with your Prisma Account Executive to streamline sales order processing and enhance customer experience.
- As an Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with a Prisma Account Executive(s), our suppliers and other departments within Prisma. Your coordination, communication and collaboration with these teams will ensure a positive experience for our clients and the Prisma team.
Qualifications
- Proven account manager experience in the promotional products and branded merchandise field
- Knowledge of the promotional products market, including key suppliers
- Experience effectively communicating with internal teams and clients. Demonstrated ability to professionally and diplomatically address client needs
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently
- Familiarity with SAGE or Facilis platforms a plus
