Large Format Installer Lead

Working as a Large Format Lead Installer, we can expect the following:

Will be responsible for full vehicle wraps, vinyl lettering; including but not limited to installation of graphic applications on all types of vehicles, fleet graphics, truck sides and windows, windows, walls, and floors and organizing the team's work day.

Job Duties

• - Installation of vinyl graphics, wallpaper, acrylic lettering, stand offs, banners
• - Scale ladders and operate lifts
• - Ability to operate hand tools, drills and saws
• - Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• - Monitor quality of projects, attention to detail is a must
• - Travel to and from installation worksites
• - Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly worksites and trucks
• - Able to work around installation schedule
• -Work and communicate with others in a professional manner.
• -Assist with assigned special projects – Process improvement, workflow development, etc.
• -Any other tasks as assigned by manager.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm with overtime as needed.

Pay Rate: 

Based on experience

Position Structure:

This position is located in the Grand Format Department and reports directly to the Department Manager

Candidate must be motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership experience, strong computer skills, be organized, detail oriented and have a basic understanding of graphics file, GF print production process, substrates and usage.

Qualifications

Experience:

Previous grand format and general print production experience desired.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework or industry training a plus.

Language Skills:

Must have excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from customers, employees and management.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must:   

• 2 years of previous experience production experience is a plus
• Well versed with different types of installs and knowledge of materials and hardware
• Strong organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail
• Team lead experience
• Creative in problem solving
• Ability to accurately measure and place graphics prior to installation
• Punctual and self-motivated
• The employee must be available 8 hours per day and willing to work overtime and extra days should the workload demand it.
• You must meet the physical requirements for the job and be computer literate and able to use MS Office applications, MIS system, E-Mail and the Internet.
• Experience and education are important factors.
