Approval will be based on facility's needs. Guaranteed Hours : Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Experience : 1 yr Parking Cost : Free Parking Prisma Health Floating Policy for Contracted Staff Prisma Health’s goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma Health units and / or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented. Certification can't expire within 30 days of start and proof of completion not accepted, must have actual card / certification to start. Required : RRT, CRT, Telemetry, MS / Tele, ER, Pediatric ER, all adult ICU Units, CCU, Stepdown, PCU, LTACH, PACU, Cath / IR, Endoscopy, L&D, Observation Unit, LDRP RN candidates.
