Job Description

Job Title : MRI Technologist

Job Specialty : MRI Technology

Shift : Night 4x10-Hour (20 : 00 - 06 : 30)

Experience : Experience with GE and Siemens equipment, 1.5T and 3T systems. Previous experience in a Children's Hospital is preferred. Candidates must be strong in pediatric scanning as this role is almost exclusively dedicated to pediatric scanning.

License : Must be a certified Radiologic Technologist through ARRT.

Certifications : Flu Vaccine required (No exemptions).

Must-Have : Minimum of 1-year experience with EPIC EMR is required. Traveler candidates must be located 100 miles from every facility to be eligible, with specific mileage exceptions per policy.

Job Description :

• Work in MRI Radiology, conducting inpatient and outpatient MRI scans for adults and pediatrics, including neonates, stroke, and trauma patients.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Candidate must be comfortable floating to other units per request due to census concerns, performing tasks for which competencies have been demonstrated and documented.
• Complete orientation and modules pre-start, with modules being billable and accounted for separately.
• Must complete pre-assignment testing and modules within specified time frames.
• Participate in 16 hours of orientation.
• Orientation is scheduled every Monday.
