We are looking to hire friendly and professional front desk/medical reception staff for our clinic at 905 Verdae Blvd. Suite 101, Greenville, SC 29607.
Scheduling is 8am-8pm. Full time is 3 days per week. We do require working 50% of weekends in a month and occasional holidays are involved in the schedule. Our schedule comes out on a monthly basis. Employees will have a 'home' location, and there may be occasional travel to different locations.

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is the first point of contact between the patient and clinical staff. Patient check in, insurance verification, collection of co-pays and balances, various other front office duties. The front office position plays a vital role of ensuring & exceeding the expectations of the patient in our WellStreet Urgent Care centers.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist all patients and visitors while demonstrating our core values
- Collect and maintain all patient and business documents while maintaining confidentiality
- Analyze health insurance benefits, verify insurance eligibility, and relay relevant information regarding payment policies and billing/collection processes
- Determine and collect each patient’s financial responsibility
- Assist the practice manager, providers and other staff as needed
- Understand and enforce standard healthcare regulatory requirements
- Perform office procedures including all general administrative duties
- Assure HIPAA and OSHA compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One-year experience in a medical office or emergency room setting is preferred
- Ability to work 12 hours shifts, some weekends, and holidays
- Experience with insurance eligibility and co-pay determination preferred.
- Required to travel to other WellStreet Urgent Care centers as needed to support business needs
