Job Summary
The chaplain will perform duties and responsibilities of a professional chaplain within Prisma Health. The chaplain will be responsible to the Director of Pastoral Care Services Job Description
Essential Functions

Delivers direct service and professional pastoral care.
Serves as liaison between hospital system and the religious community.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory / Management Responsibility
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Requirements
Education - High School diploma or equivalent or post-high school diploma / highest degree earned. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience - One (1) year of ministry experience. One Unit of Clinical Pastoral Education
In Lieu Of
4 units CPE may be considered the equivalent of one (1) year pastoral care experience
Team members employed in this job prior to July 1, 2020, are grandfathered under prior educational and experience requirements. In addition, team members must be certification eligible and will have one year to obtain required certification.
