Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Clinical Leader to join our team in Laurens County Medical Campus. As a member of our Cardiac Telemetry unit, you will play a vital role in providing clinical direction for all aspects of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
- One year experience as a registered nurse; LPN experience may be considered for internal candidates
