Job Summary
To perform full range of grounds maintenance functions with minimal supervision and supports the Service Excellence program in all aspects of work.Accountabilities
- Cleans parking lots, garages, walkways, doorways and service court.25%
- Mows and trims lawns.15%
- Plants, fertilizes, prunes and sprays flowers, shrubs, trees and sod.15%
- Operates and maintains underground irrigation system.15%
- Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs to Groundskeeping equipment.10%
- Reviews work accomplishments to ensure satisfactory results are achieved.10%
- Applies pesticides to ornamentals and turf10%
- Other duties as assigned.10%
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent OR post-high school diploma/highest degree earned
1-year related
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses
Valid driver's license, an acceptable three-year motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Chart, and a certificate of auto insurance.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
SC Pesticide license and certificate in Horticulture preferred
