About This Role
In this position, you will work as part of the Facility Resource Pool to provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting. You will foster a culture of patient-centered care and demonstrate clinical competency through the utilization of evidence-based practices and research in the nursing process.
- Assessment: Collect data and complete nursing assessments using appropriate area and/or age-specific standards/policies and tools.
- Planning/Outcomes: Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Implementation: Provide direct care to assigned patients consistent with established plans and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Evaluation: Evaluate plan effectiveness and make revisions as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
