About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Prisma Health team as a Healthcare Operations Manager for Clinical Programs. You will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our Employer Health Services (EHS) programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Accountabilities
Direct Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to support EHS programs, including occupational health and wellness and prevention.
Clinical Staffing: Participate in the assessment of clinical staffing needs and assist with maintaining master work schedules.
Payroll Administration: Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation and submission.
Clinical Training: Develop and conduct clinical orientation and in-service training for EHS clinical staff.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a high level of expertise in workers' compensation regulations, CDC, DOT, OSHA, DHEC, DEA, and other regulatory agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field.
3 years of experience in a clinical field of certification or licensure.
