We are seeking a talented Weekend Community Health Staff Nurse to join our facility resource pool. As a registered nurse on our team, you will provide clinical leadership for patient care teams in an acute inpatient setting, focusing on evidence-based practices, safety protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- To develop and implement individualized plans of care based on the age and assessed needs of patients.
- To collect data and complete nursing assessments using appropriate area and/or age-specific standards/policies and tools.
- To collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to identify patient, unit, and organizational priorities and incorporate them into your nursing process.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a registered nurse.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing.
