- Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain cost controls to optimize expense management and drive efficiency across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
- Help manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Contribute to improving financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
- Manage compliance with New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) requirements.
