Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations at our company. This role will act as a true HR leader, managing communication and collaboration with our third-party Professional Employer Organization (PEO) while ensuring best-in-class HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with PEO: Act as the primary liaison between our company and our third-party PEO, ensuring seamless HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to support a positive and productive work environment.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives related to talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee retention.
- Compensation and Benefits: Implement and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with company goals and industry best practices.
- Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and career development.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- HR Analytics: Drive HR analytics and reporting to assess workforce trends and inform decision-making.
- Culture and Values: Promote and uphold company culture and core values across all teams.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience managing third-party HR/PEO providers preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
